Ingredients
1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
2 Tbls olive oil
1 heirloom tomato, roughly chopped
2 cloves garlic , chopped
1/4 cup water or chicken broth
salt
Method
Heat olive oil in skillet. Add green beans to skillet. Saute for three minutes. Add tomatoes and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Reduce heat and add 1/4 cup water or chicken broth. Cover and cook on low until green beans are at a desired level of tenderness. Add salt to taste.
