Farmer's Market Program Coordinator / Information Booth
Camas Farmer's Market is looking for a dedicated and creative individual to help it fulfill it's mission to create an agriculturally based farmer's market in historic downtown Camas that provides education and inspiration for growing, preparing and eating healthy foods.
The Market Program Coordinator position is seasonal, starting May 1 and continuing until September 30. The time commitment is expected to be 20 hours per week. Coordinator will be hired on a contract basis at $15.00 per hour, not to exceed $6,500 for the season.
Duties will include developing a curriculum and coordinating our education, demonstration, kids connection and other programs. The Coordinator will be expected to coordinate with the Board on developing these programs.Duties will also include being present in the market each week to staff the information booth as cashier for our token and EBT program on Wednesdays from 3 to 7:30pm.
